"Nice, clean, well maintained store located in a very busy street. They sell meat, diary products, snacks, beer and many more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They sell a lot basic kitchen amenities. They are priced reasonably."
"MORTON WILLIAMS LEAVES CUSTOMERS OUT IN THE COLD Apparently shoplifting is on the rise. Nonetheless, I am tired of being inconvenienced because of other peoples' misbehaviors. Merchants would rather lock up their products and lock their doors than hire security. Morton Williams has decided to shut down the registers and lock the doors at the "Freedom" Place entrance at night to prevent shoplifters from exiting the store with groceries. They are aware that, especially during the winter months, law abiding customers find it annoying to be locked out of the store and made to walk around the block to the other entrance, and then walk around again in the freezing cold carrying bags full of groceries. They have been reminded them that a significant percentage of their business now comes from Waterline Square residents and others on the westside and that locking us out is not the answer to their shoplifting problems. Keeping the Freedom Place doors open until store closing is a small request made in the interest of Customer Service and would only require Morton Williams to extend the security shift at the Freedom place entrance by 2 hours! So Morton Williams , be kind and be smart, because I am certain that the cost of fixing this problem will be significantly less then the cost of losing business from a growing number of disgruntled customers."
"Prices are astronomical and due to the huge amount of stock products are very often well passed their use by date - sometimes by 6+ months! Make sure you check before buying as they clearly don’t."
"I came in for a salad today, the service was wonderful, the ingredients looked fresh, but unfortunately when I got back to the office, the salad was full of sand :( As someone who buys cilantro regularly, I assume that was the culprit as it requires very thorough washing. Very disappointed at money wasted and no time to go out again."
