"I was injured in your store this past Sunday when a broken shopping cart fell on my leg. No one is returning my calls. I've been off my feet for 3 days now. This store is dangerous."
"Called there to speak to someone about their garbage meat bags going on to my property the secretary put me through a voicemail so someone could call me back I left a message then I called back and asked for the owner or someone else she tells me that's the way it is that you cannot talk to the owner I never heard of anything like that very unprofessional got hung up on call back she picked up the phone and hung the phone right up. She should not have a job there I guess I'm definitely get a lawyer to deal with these people if no action is taken"
"The Englewood Shoprite has a lot of items however the aisles are too long The parking lot gets crazy and we have had two cars hit there by unknown parties. Customer Service is fair however the employees come to chat with these people in the middle of a customer being helped! The produce is lousy and the few times I purchased meat I through it out Rich , a manager is disliked by both customers as well as staff. He should go to another location that he will dislike perhaps at a Shoprite in Siberia?"
"The ShopRite stores in Rochelle Park and Paramus, both owned by Glass Gardens, are disgustingly dirty. Filthy bathrooms, filthy parking lots with rats running around, and shopping carts piled up with garbage. I will only buy packaged food there - don't trust the produce!"
