"Rude and aggressive! The customer service is horrible. I don't know why i feel like the owner, the security guard and other employees are watching me like if i am about to steal something! But what makes it worse is, i bought stuffs today for over $200 and at the end the cashier tried to save a bag by placing the turkey and mortadella slices over the bread. I asked him to give me an extra bag because i did not want my bread to smell, but he refused and said i will charge for it! I can't believe i driver for an hour to come to this place, but this will be my last!"
"You don’t want people to break ginger or cassava but it’s a shame that I could only get 2 small good pcs from 2 big roots of ginger bought today. The quality of your products are getting worst."
"This place is great. I can buy all kind of halal foods from here. I specially like their collection of apple varieties. Recommend for food and grocery items."
"Farm and Market..I bought some goods from here. I visit every week since i learn here 7 years ago. All the time reasonable price…"
"Decent place to shop for produce and groceries. Prices are somewhat reasonable but the customer service is kind of lacking. If you arrive about a half an hour before they close they may not let you in. It’s kind of hit or miss. If they do let you in, they start mopping the floors, turning off the lights and everything else about 30 minutes before closing time. A better way to do this, in my opinion, is close the doors at the exact advertised time but stay open the extra half hour or hour to clean, organize and prepare the store for the next day but obviously pay the workers for the additional time. It will allow customers to shop freely during normal business hours and also expedite cleaning and organizing time for their workers because the store will have no customers. That’s what most major retailers do!!! Why let your customers scramble to shop and turn off the lights on them while shopping and have your workers keep mopping the floors around them. Just poor planning in my opinion."
