"I love how clean the store is , I believe their prices are high as opposed to Shop Rite on some items like can goods, produce , and they need more all kosher beef meats no pork mix and sausage with the casings not being pork and more frozen food items that are Kosher with no pork. The store staff is very pleasant and helpful and courteous they are an example to other stores on how staff should greet and treat customers and they need to offer more items at valued prices like shoprites bowl and basket items."

"A year ago I would have given this store 5 stars. Now, unfortunately, this past year the store has become increasingly more empty every time I walk in. If I didn't live literally down the block from the store I would never bother. I used to really like their pre-packaged Naan bread but they no longer stock it, along with probably at least 30% of the items they used to regularly stock. The one cashier who's always there said it was a corporate issue and nothing they could do about. They literally removed maybe 20% of the actual shelves from the floor because they are too empty, and the shelves that remain are still quite empty. Very disappointed. Can't see how they stay in business much longer at that location if this keeps up. They surely must have lost at least 75% of their regular customers due to low inventory. Used to be adequate foot traffic there, now I rarely see more than a couple cars in the parking lot at any given time."

"A convenient and well-stocked grocery store with a variety of products and brands. Prices are reasonable and sales are frequent. Customer service is good but could be faster."

"I actually passed this store frequently, but I decided to go in today. What a waste of time. The shelves were empty. The store had 1 of this item & 1 of that item. There was only 1 clerk in the entire store. She was organizing the shelves and cashiering (poor thing). I asked her where's the products everything is bare. She yeah it's been like that lately and shrug her shoulders. I used the restroom and the door didn't lock, there was no hand soap; I felt like I was at a gas station. I was wondering why the parking lot was so empty. I see why! Never again for this location only if I desperately need a loaf of bread"

"The Hillside location was a great need in the community and met the needs. Now this store has turned into an outlet grocery store. Besides meats and produce, many of the items are available until it sells out. This means you are lucky if something you like is there when you come back. The parking lot is very dark at night and does not feel safe. The security guard is just for looks, they are always at the front of the store sitting down, eating, or on the phone. The store is going down fast."
