"Needed a few girls done for prom, took 3 hours to do one and then the tech said she had to do another person! We walked out and I did the other girls myself! You guys give false expectations and your tech was on the phone to often wasting time! I paid way too much for slow service! They made it seem as if all the girls would be taken care of! Be honest and focus on the work not your phone! It was a big night for the girls and you guys could care less! Never again! Unprofessional!!! Better nail salon on 170th and grand concourse! Don’t waste your money or time! They Don’t value their clients!"

"I should've known better to come a second time to this establishment. The first time I booked an appointment for 1pm arrived about 10 min early and the place was closed then got a message from the owner stating she'll be there in 10 min but I gracefully canceled. The second time was a whole experience and not a good one. I went in and asked for a soak mind u I have to file my acrylic off myself plus file my nails my self(nail tech didn't seem confident) and when she went to apply the acrylic it was a disaster. Idk if the materials used weren't any good but it wasn't setting on my nails and she blamed the heat but it wasn't hot in there lol. Needless to say I left without my nails or pedicure done & I don't plan to go back. I hope they get it together and wish them the best of luck running that nail shop."

"I’m so glad to have another option for nail care in my neighborhood. My daughter and I got serviced yesterday. She got a gel pedicure and I got a gel pedi and fill. Dulce was AWESOME! Her attention to detail has our feet summer ready. Victoria did my fill and she helped me pick the perfect color combo for some shiny summer nails. Right up my alley! We will be back!"

"Had an appointment for 12:45 it took three and a half hours to do a simple soak off (most of which I did myself and was charged for and to put acrylic overlay on my natural nails after... The girl doing my nails was clearly new as I have so many file cuts on my hands and a chemical burn from cuticle remover she didn't even ask if I wanted. I honestly could have done a better job myself and should've. The tech was very sweet and the salon was very clean minus one patron who kept coughing and no temp checks were done at all For $75 I would think that my nails would look a lot better than this... I wanted to support black female owned business in my community but I'm sorry this was a bad experience and I will NOT be returning."
