"Been going here for years, and services has been great!! But now the attitudes of the staff, the pushiness to get services you don't ask for, the price changes, and rush jobs and then expect tips for bad service is ridiculous. So disappointed in the changes!!"

"I have been coming to this place since 2014 and their work is really good, they’re are very kind, and professional. They give great massages to your hands and feet after a mani and pedi and even remove my cuticles as well. Update: Seems like this place can’t keep the great workers… First Kevin and now Starr is gone. Now I have to find someone else who gives good foot massages."

"it should be one star - mostly for the owner. the lady was with me for about 5 mins when other costumers came in asking for gel manis. mine was a regular mani he told the costumer my tech would be ready in 10 mins and rushed her with my nails. don't come here if you're looking for a reg mani pedi to the owner - realize that a weekly reg mani comes out to the same as a 2-3 week gel mani you look so obviously money hungry and are losing costumers aka money that way I'll check out another place bc costumer service and cleanliness is not up for debate photos attached . 8 of my nails looked that way. smh and yes, as another reviewer mentioned, they reuse slippers and don't look like they sterilize their tools per costumer"

"Don’t come here! I am not one to leave bad reviews but I can’t let this one pass. I came here for a clear gel manicure removal. Half of it was already gone, it was an old manicure I had gotten at another salon. I am new at getting my nails done so when I sat down for the removal it was not until the lady finished I realized she didn’t even use acetone, just a small machine they use to buff your nails down, the lady did such a bad job and buffed my nails with the machine so bad, she left them super thin and my finger nails were hurting for a few days, they were red inside. I washed my hands immediately when she finished so it was not until I left the salon I realized not only how thin my nails looked but what a terrible job they did (see photo)."
