"I used to go here every two weeks to get a simple gel manicure after 5 months of going here I got fungus on all 10 of my nails. These people are very unsanitary they do not properly clean their supplies and reuse the same nail file on everyone. It took 4 months for my nails to get back to their regular healthy state. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place."

"I’ve only been here 3 times. My third time was my last. It was my birthday and I went to get a pedicure. I didn’t get the lady (Lady A) that did my pedicure the first two times but she was with another client beside me. When the lady (Lady B) started to do my feet she did a half-as$ job and didn’t even do it correctly. Completely different routine I’ve experienced compared to the first two times with Lady A. Then both Lady A and Lady B began to laugh and talk in Spanish. Lady A’s client pitches in here and there as well. I don’t speak Spanish but my gut tells me they were mocking me all the way up until I left. Lady B dug so deep into my nails. I jumped in agony to let her know she was hurting me but she continued like she didn’t care, making my nails bleed and uneven. I asked her to even them out she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. The client that was with Lady A even interpreted in Spanish but she still did what she wanted to do. I asked her to fix my toes on more than one occasion and she actually refused me. I had to sit through two clients for her to come back and fix my nails. I felt so ashamed and not pretty at all. How do you guys expect to make money if y’all put down the women that supports your establishment? If I’m spending my hard earned money for a job, why can’t be done correctly? Is it because I’m black? I was highly disappointed and wanted to cry that day. I will never return back to this nail salon in my life?"

"I had a pedi and Mani on 7/21/23 , as the girl was doing my pedi she was digging into my nails as if she was taking a body out of my toe. When I felt the pain I told her to stop and she continued to dig into my toe started to bleed. I told her my toe will get swollen and pus will come out . The girl stated not it’s ok nothing will happen . Here iam 7/22 I’m in tremendous pain my toe is tearing and pus coming out of it . I dont understand I don’t get ingrown why dig . I told her not to dig and she continued and made a huge hole because she ate all the sling with the niper . Please make sure when you go here you instruct them not to cut or dig into your nails"

"So I didn’t want to walk very far to get my nails done so I went to this place. The lady that greeted me was very nice. She told me to sit down with another lady and I told the lady what I wanted which was a gel French manicure. During the process she was not very friendly for some reason seemed like she disliked her job. Because I didn’t like the treatment, I won’t go back there. There are plenty of places that the workers are kind. Plus it affects them because of costumers some go specially during quarantine it is likely that they can lose their jobs. It’s a basic business practice to be nice to the people whom support your livelihood. Never returning."

"This is the first time in years I go to a nail salon. The nail technician that attended me, Marcella, was super friendly. I went in for a gel manicure and she took her time in each nail to make sure they were perfect. Because of her attention to detail and her careful approach I left super satisfied. The place itself is really clean and super nice. I would definitely come back."
