"Unfortunately the quality of service and costumer service has steadily gone down in the last three years. Hit or miss service depending on the nail tech. And I HATE when people say they can do something when they really can't especially when it comes to filing or cutting nails because you can't undo those mistakes. Came here just for a fill in and file down on an almond shape and left with crooked short pointy nails because the tech didn't know what she was doing. Cut me several times and was bleeding in two fingers. The next day woke up with inflamed nails and three more nails bleeding. For $75 dollars I'm so disappointed and now have to regrow my nails again. And to top it off the business' response was in order to refund my money, I need to prove that I or come back for a complete soak off of my nails, basically trying to take back the work they did. So not only did they give me a low quality service, they want to take the remainder of what nail I have left in order to get my own money back. Completely despicable."

"Such a great nail place! I tried it out for the first time today and I'm so glad I did. Sam was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I didn't book my appointment properly but she was able to accommodate my extra requests. The mani came out even better than I had hoped. I'll definitely be back!"
