"They didn’t cap the free edge of my pedicure, so it looks extremely janky and unprofessional, and will start to chip in about 2 days. Cash only. There was no massage with the spa pedicure. Who doesn’t do a massage with a spa pedicure??!! Wanted to give this place 5 stars so badly. The foot soak was warm and the lemon scrub was very nice."

"Dip manicure was absolutely ruined within a week. I’ve come before and it lasted at best 10 days, which is still awful for a powder manicure (especially when I’ve had other manicures last 4-5 weeks at other salons), but was in a pinch and wanted to give them one more try. This was a new low…unfortunately will have to spend my money elsewhere moving forward."

"I came here twice and both times my nails completely crumbled. I have been getting SNS for over 5 years, so I know how it should hold up. I’ve gone so long as 4.5 weeks between sets, but I regularly get them done every 3 weeks. Nevertheless, my set at Pure Nails broke within a week. It’s very upsetting when my nails break because these are my real nails, and I work hard to grow them out. The biggest problem with this establishment is that it is cash only. The second time I came, I forgot to get cash. The manager was kind enough to let me pay via Apple Pay, but she claimed I had to pay tax (which doesn’t make sense because you are getting your money instantly). I paid and the total was much higher than I expected ($100 for a polish change on my feet and dip manicure+ tax). I didn’t leave a tip because the total was much higher than I expected, but the owner/manager kept pressuring me to leave a tip. It was very uncomfortable. Then to make matters worse, my manicure didn’t even last. It’s so frustrating to go to a nail salon where the manicure doesn’t last, the prices are high (my designs were $10 per nail!), and the payment options are inconvenient. I won’t be back!"

"I went on the recommendation of my mother and pictures I’ve seen from their Instagram account. Contacted them at first for an appointment but was told walk-ins are welcomed. They ONLY accept cash so ensure to bring cash. I was serviced by Ming for a hard gel refill. She removed my old set before applying the new one. Her nail care service (cleaning and cutting cuticles) was better than some of the images I’ve seen. Personally I was not happy how she applied the gel as there are some areas that the gel color is light/missing. Or it does not look like a natural set as the gel is 1cm from my cuticle. She applied the gelish foundation then placed my hand under the UV/led light. Next were 2 separate coats of the gel color—this is where sections were missing or light then followed by the hard gel. Once this cured/dried she placed the remover liquid to ensure the stickiness was off my nail then placed a hot towel followed by lotion. I forgot to mention she ask how long/short I preferred my nail and once she removed my old set she had me wash my hands at the sink. Also I would suggest you make an appointment depending on the time you show up. Within 15-min of sitting/waiting there was an influx of people that showed up which pushed all service wait time to 40-minutes!"

"Hate to leave a bad review but I must warn someone from coming here if they are interested in doing a Art design. I came in and showed them a design and asked them it they were able to do it. They replied yes but sad to say they are amateurs when it comes to a designed nail. Bubbles started and messed up on multiple nails where it had air bubbles which she thought was okay. She the was replaced by another nail tech Jesse. Both tried their best to master a design they were not ready for. I was charged $110 for this botched job, I showed my sister when I got home and she said it looked like I did my nails myself☹️. My nails look horrible up close and this is what Im going on vacation with. They should of told me they can’t do it but can do a plain nail. This place can do a basic plain nail color but Art designs nails is a Hard no. So please go elsewhere if you want something more artsy to a nail."
