"Carly is great but the owner is awful. Twice this has happened.. I made an appointment and the owner sits a walk in my appointment time. She says 15 min wait and then you’re waiting an hour. It’s unprofessional. I expect to be seated at my appointed time. I had to do my nails with the owner because of the wait she did a horrible job and when I quietly complained she says whatever. My time and money aren’t whatever lady!"

"Had a gel Manicure for the first time with Wewe (sorry not sure how to spell the young lady's name) and it was so quick, efficient and looked great. Just the right price too. Will be a regular from now on."

"Unfortunately, I did not have the same great experience at this nail salon as the others in these reviews. I came in for a simple mani & pedi with my own polish from home. Upon entering the salon I was not greeted so I said "hello" loudly to get someone's attention. That got me walked over to a pedi seat right away. The water in the foot tub was cold and no bubbles or remote for the massage chair but I kept silent since I didn't want to be a pain although I was paying for a complete service. I was given sample nails to choose my colors but after sharing I brought a polish from home the women seemed upset and told me gel was better. I am allergic to Methacrylate chemicals and cannot use gels, acrylics, dipping powders, etc. My pedi was started right away which was great but I would then spend the next 8 minutes trying to convience the women who appeared from no where that I did not need or want to purchase a seperate mani & pedi package which I found to be extremely pushy and annoying. All I wanted to do is enjoy my experience and the relaxation was taken away from me. While the process of getting my toes done went well, I can't say the same for the mani. The women taking care of me cut three fingers while cutting my cutticles and filed a dent into my thumb nail. To top it off, I realized the next day that I had an infection forming on my ring finger!!! When the women pulled the mani tools out of her draw and not a soaking solution or attempted to sterilize them before using on me I should have ran. Totally my fault for not using better judgment. After all these mistakes and mediocre service, I still tipped $10 on top of the $30 service price and got teeth sucked at me instead of a thank you first. I have been living in East Harlem my entire 41 years and have always had a bad experience in the area with nail salons specifically. I often have to travel to the UES for better service and prices. I will not be visiting this salon again."

"They were an amazing service, it did take a while to get started with my service but I can’t blame them it was a busy night. But I didn’t enjoy the fact that one of the workers took someone who came in after me even though I’ve been waiting before them. I felt that was a bit unfair, and a waste of my time. Other than that, I’m still giving 5 stars because Cally did an amazing job with my nails! It was worth the wait, and she was kind & patient. The prices are also affordable & they gave me cute freebie cuticle oil!"
