"Hate leaving bad reviews. If I could give negative stars I would. Like someone else wrote, Mimi is nice, but the work and quality is HORRIBLE. Paid a lot of money for nails that chipped that same night. Every day another nail kept chipping. Fast forward 1 week my nails were looking beyond terrible, 2 nails broke and I couldn't wait to take them off. I have NEVER had this happen anywhere, ever. I was in a time pinch and decided to come back here, even though I have had reg mani done previously and same thing, it started chipping same day. But it was easier to waste $20 vs almost $100. I will never go back. It is not okay to pay so much money for such poor work. Totally makes me feel like she knows the quality sucks, yet still has no problem charging regular/high prices. I would like to believe this isn't the case, but considering she has been in business for so long, it is hard not to. Mimi, please consider changing the products you use and bettering the quality of your work so your customers don't feel cheated like I did."

"Please do not go here, it’s very unsanitary I did not see proper sterilization. The lady was using a old used up nail file on me. I was getting an acrylic nails removed she tried removing it with a Metro card then a cuticle cutter, she cut me really bad, she then wanted me to dip my bloody finger in dirty acetone, I refused because it looked like she has been using it for a while. She then continued to file down my bloody mail with her old nail filer. She put a silk extension to cover up the wound. Beware beware"

"A very pleasant experience with Mimi and her staff. My mom and I both got a gel manicure and we were very pleased with the results. Mimi knows her nails. I would highly recommend to anyone. Make sure to make an appointment if you can."
