"Do not bother giving them your business. Their polish is old, separating, clumpy from all the acetone they have added to it to make it last. Came to get a pedicure for my 3 yr old and I (just color for her) and while waiting half an hour used the clumpy color my daughter picked out to test it on her nails. As soon as FLOR was going to walk us to the back for our pedicures she rudely told me she was going to charge me for testing out the color on my 3 year old nails. Mind you, my intention was to remove it as I was just killing time & again testing the color. I even said to this ignorant woman, pass the remover. Please keep in mind, I was sitting in front of her the whole time, and saw me testing out a few colors to decide. I was so infuriated that she very rudely approached me that I declined further service. After being there for half hour, after that experience I told her I rather not give them my business. I also asked her for the owners number so that I could give her a call and feedback on her worker and FLOR would not provide me with her name, instead just gave me the store card. I asked one last time for the owners name as I was adamant to report this imbecile. She said the owner name is Rosa (problably a lie). I threw away the old clumpy and almost empty nail polish right in her face before my exit as she shouldn’t even be using such a bad product on anyone. I wish I had read the other terrible reviews before stepping foot in this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is trash and the people are worse. Probably working under fake documents. I took pictures as proof!"

"I usually come here all the time to get my brows waxed. I always ask them to only clean it up, no shaping or anything extra. But the lady decided to do whatever she wanted and waxed off wayyy too much. THEY LOOK CRAZY. Im extremely disappointed and annoyed with this place. never spending my money here again"

"Terrible experience. The workers are really rude. The tech did not properly prep my nails, and I kept having to ask and tell her how to properly fix and shape my nails. Once finished I didn’t like certain things and asked if there was someone else who could fix them for me they told me no because they were already finished and eventually ignored me. Will never return back."

"I am giving Illusionz nail salon 5 stars, because in the end I did enjoy my experience. I was accommodated and taken care of. The sweet Peruvian nail technician, Luz, was very friendly and kept up a light conversation. Thank you!"

"Worst customer service ever!!! I could not believe how rude this lady was. I asked her to put a design on my big toes. She told me to look up a nail art I like on my phone. I did. She proceeded to design it but then realized it was something she could not do so she suggested that she should take it off. I agreed. No one is perfect. No big deal. Now she tells me to pick another design. I did and she proceeded to design it but I noticed that she was a bit off so I made some small suggestions because I noticed she wasn't even looking at the picture. She became visibly annoyed rolling her eyes and hissing. I was so embarrassed and the customer sitting next to me was embarrassed for me. I was so uncomfortable that I was not sure what to do so I just smiled and said it was okay. You tried your best. She now continues to roll her eyes and hiss at me and said something in Spanish under her breath. I don't speak Spanish so I can't tell you what she said but the customer that was sitting next to me (who is Spanish) said, "Wow" as though she could not believe how rude the lady was towards me. Now I was suppose to get other services done but I decided not too because I don't want to be further embarrassed than I already was. While drying my nails, I thought to myself that maybe I should tell her that what she did made me uncomfortable and felt like my business was not appreciated. I was thinking maybe she was having a bad day and she didn't mean to take it out on me...I was really stretching because I was so confused why she was being so rude. I later got her attention and pull her aside so as not to draw attention to what I was saying and told her that what she did came off so rude and made my feel like my business was not appreciated here. Her reaction just blew me away! She just looked at me and said that's fine and walked away. No apology...nothing! It is so unfortunate. This is my first and last time in this establishment. There work is mediocre at best! My recommendation is to go to the nail shop across the street from them on Morris avenue called "Nails" next to the laundromat. They make you feel like a superstar and they are really good at designs!!"
