"I never go out of my way to do these reviews but because of the service and professionalism I received by Gary and Rich at LL Flooring, I feel like they deserve to be recognized. I double ordered flooring and they notified me promptly of the error. They were also very informative about the flooring I was buying and gave me information about supplies I may need. I got lower end vinyl and Rich assured me that it was good flooring and that I was going to be surprised about how well it was going to stand up I didn't feel like they were trying to get anything extra out of me - which in most cases these places will try to get you everything they can out of you. To top it off, Gary followed up and assured me that my double order was was put through and cancelled. Professional, courteous, and straight forward. No other business will get my flooring needs besides this place moving forward."
