"Scam artists with a total lack of customer service. Tried to charge me 200 dollars of tax on a 600 dollar carpet order order. Called me after I paid and told me the measured wrong and I owe them 100 more dollars. I Bought 36 boxes of vinyl floor and 1 box was defective and they could not care less and wanted me to wait 2 weeks to finish the last corner of my room. Then they called me to tell me my box was ready to pick up and tried to give me back my box of damaged goods. Then the owner was openly talking nasty about me on speaker phone while I was standing there. BUYER BEWARE!"
