"After interviewing 4 to 5 builders I decided Delcorp was the best match to build our 3300 sq ft home on Barnegat bay. I am so glad I did. Our home is exposed to high winds and much salt air so we needed an experienced builder that knows the best materials to use in this harsh environment and to install it so it will last. The owner, Al, is a good listener, is very easy to work with and is very responsive to your questions and your calls. His subs were all experience and seasoned from the pilings, framing, electrical, plumbing, fiberglass and roofing contractors. Highly recommend."

"Del Corp was initially recommended by Progressive Dimensions in Toms River to install my kitchen cabinets - I had purchased cabinets and a quartz counter top from Progressive. I subsequently used them for the kitchen renovation - install of wood flooring throughout our home - a barn door install and some other finish carpentry. My kitchen cabinet install was awful - his workers drilled holes in exposed panels, damaged my cabinets, hung the cabinet hardware crooked and last but not least my new stove wouldn’t fit into the space as cabinets were not square. The barn door install was a joke - they hung panel upside down - crushed wood panel with hardware bolts - flush door pull awful and groove at bottom of door for guide looked like a y. His workers were sloppy and had no pride in their work at all. He subcontracted out the flooring and even with that the contractors left a gap under my cabinet where fllooring didn’t meet toe kick. I wouldn’t use them for ANY project!!!!!"

"Al the owner likes to hire guys that have no experience in renovations and then not pay them. While working for them I watched so many guys come and go and Al was being sued by a former employee. I wish I could give negative 3 stars."
