"Purchased my tile on 2/6/21 and called to return the 4 boxes on 3/25/21 (33 days later) they are closed Sun & Mon. supplied the dimensions for the tile area. Tile looks great. However Dawn's calculations produced 4 3/4 boxes of tile over the required amount needed for the project. I called her on 3/25/21 about returning 4 of the boxes ,since the receipt was silent regarding returns. I was informed that since since it was over 21 days since purchase I would not receive a refund. She also said that I should have looked up towards the ceiling to see where that policy so stated. Usually a reputable store would post the return policy on your receipt. Apparently They didn't feel the need to actually show in on the purchase order. If had given her the wrong dimensions I could understand the that it was my error. However the dimensions were correct. The Calculations of hers were way off. We are not talking about 1 box (which I could understand but 4 3/4 boxes more than required. Correct Sq. Ft. is: 38 she gave me 48 sq. ft.. Sorry I relied on her for the calculations (my bad for assuming she could do the math correctly).. If you decide to buy your tile there make sure the calculation are CORRECT, you have the exact start and completion time of your project . 5 Stars for the Tile, 1 Star for Beachway Tile."
