"Every interaction we had with Mike and his staff were timely and professional. I called for him to look at our backsplash project and he immediately returned my call and set up a date to come out and look at it. Every appointment time he, or his worker, were prompt and on time. I indicated we had a function and asked if it was possible to have it done by that date. He said he could and he did! Mike showed up before installer to confirm that all material were there and right for the job before the start (we purchased the material prior). The installer was very knowledgeable and showed us before he started the installation, imperfections in the tile and asked if we wanted to move forward, which we did. He saw things that we did not and troubleshooted. Extremely pleasant . Mike, the owner, came out the next day to view the tile installation and finish the grout. Again, awesome job."
