"We moved to the Medford area about a year ago and I’ve visited the Sherwin Williams store on Stokes Road twice so far (once earlier today). I was assisted by store manager, Dennis Lupton, on both occasions. I must say this guy really knows his stuff. He went well beyond answering the questions regarding my paint issues. He took the time to respond to each issue I had in detail and although he had a few other customers, he assisted us all and did not rush through anything. I give Dennis 5 Stars for his outstanding customer service and 5 more stars for his product and application knowledge. I highly recommend this store and I will surely be going back!"
