They knew exactly how to help find what I needed and provided guidance on application, prep, and cleanup. They even helped my son pick out some colors for his bedroom. "Went with our 9 year old and 5 year old to pick out paint colors for their rooms in our new house. Mike was absolutely amazing and patient helping our kids pick the right colors. He is a true asset to Sherwyn Williams and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. They are lucky to have someone like him working there. "Came in to buy specific paint that our HOA makes us buy for outdoor painting. While the staff was courteous and helped us out with said paint, we did state we weren't sure if this was the correct color and might need to exchange it or return it. They assured us that it was no problem. They could do an exchange or refund if the paint color was incorrect. I called today to let them know that the paint was in fact the wrong color and no longer needed. I was told we cannot return the paint since it was a tinted color and they can't resell it. Which I know is standard, but not what they said yesterday. Had they told us the paint was not returnable, we would not have bought the paint ($20+ for a quart by the way). But they would "hook us up with a discount". Not at all helpful. Thanks, I guess?"
