"If you’re looking for quality tiles and quality materials for installation, this is the place to go. Best tile does not carry junk big box store material. The customer service is also top notch. Cris Martin was very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish I had more bathrooms for the beautiful tiles they carry."

"Store service was great BUT after-sales service was very Disappointing !!! BUYER BEWARE- the tiles only get shipped to the store !!! We bought like expensive tiles ( and heavy too !) and we were asked to pickup from store ! They should’ve communicated this at the time of purchase, but did NOT. The total load is apparently 120 lbs ! When asked about this - Cris casually mentions that door delivery would be extra !!! How are we supposed to arrange for pickup of such a heavy load? This feels like we’ve been HAD on this deal ! Obviously they don’t want the shipping hassle and dumping this on customer to handle. Very disappointed! Very very disappointed."

"The sales staff is so helpful and knowledgable. I am renovating a house and have gone in several times for different needs (bathrooms, kitchen, etc) and each time they were so patient and helpful! I even had to make some decisions while I was out of the country and they took pictures and helped me decide over the phone. They really go the extra mile and it is much appreciated. "Best Tile place in Central NJ A contractor that we received a quote from recommended this place to us. Fantastic Find. Large variety and assortment of tiles with up-to-date / modern inventory. Janet was very helpful and patient with us as we came back several times before making a final decision on tiles for our master bathroom and powder room. She made recommendations on the layout / design which were very helpful too. For smaller bathrooms, it was recommended to lay tiles in diamond pattern. They allowed us to take a few of the tiles home to see how they would look before purchase without a deposit too. Best Tile is one of the best tile places in Central New Jersey. Outstanding/ Exceptional service. They were helpful from beginning to end of project. Highly recommend."
