We had some custom pieces which kept being delayed. By the second week of November, I began calling almost everyday asking for updates. Sean, Dylan and Dan were fantastic and put in a rush order with overnight delivery. Mauro and his crew installed everything within one day. The best part, it was all in by Thanksgiving! "I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked into the store in East Brunswick and spoke with Dylan I felt like I had made the right choice. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and not only helped me select my floor but worked with me on the financing and explained the process to me. He then connected me to the installer, Mauro. When Mauro came to my home to measure and provide me with an estimate, he too was incredibly knowledgeable and made recommendations, and in the end there was very little waste. He and his team worked quickly and were very careful about moving my furniture out of the way so that they could work. Everyone was very pleasant and very respectful of my house. They arrived on time and left my house neat every day. They did a great job being as least disruptive as possible. I feel like I am living in a new home now and I love my floors!! I highly recommend LL Flooring and would work with Dylan and Mauro again without hesitation."
