"I never come on to do rebuttals but my family and I have been coming to this supply company for many years and have had nothing but great experiences from people who know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. I happened to be in the store when this gentleman came in to return the part that he had admitted to breaking while trying to install it. Not sure what he thought they could do for him when he brought it back broke. The men at Viking did their best to work with him but he did not want to buy a new part. This is a family run business and they do not have the capability of handing out free parts that people bring back that they break. I hope Bonna’s review does not deter anyone from patronizing this amazing supply house!"

"I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to take the time to notify future customers about this plumbing supply store. My husband bought a plumbing part for $150+ from Viking Plumbing & Heating Supply store yesterday. Unfortunately when he got home and tried to install the part, he noticed that it was defective. He took it back to the store this morning with the receipt and was accused of damaging it himself and they refused to exchange it. Aside from being disrespectful, he was not notified of their policy when he purchased it. In fact, the receipt says 10% restocking fee which he was not offered. Instead for an additional $80, they tried to offer him a used part with no box that someone may have returned. Needless to say, he will NEVER shop there again. If you choose to shop at Vikings Plumbing & Heating Supply, BUYER BEWARE!"
