"A lady named Sam is rude and very impatient. Whoever I spoke to over the phone was just as rude and I just wouldn’t suggest dealing with these people at this harbor freight they never wanna take the effort and find or help with needs (besides 2 people that helped me) but is always a hassle"

"This store is one of the worst harbor freights around the employees don’t know how to use the computers or know where the item in the store even most don’t know how to use the computers so u end up having to wait in line for an hours the old lady working the register has no clue what’s going on asking for licenses to return items most employee hide in the back so no one asks for help will never return to This store"

"Helen, the cashier, was unpleasant to interactl with. She asked for my phone number, which I politely said I do not wish to divulge because I prefer to keep my information private and minimize spam calls. Helen then rolled her eyes on me and was acting unbecoming of a welcoming cashier (acting rudely, with an attitude). I am surprised at Helen's hardheadedness. Please realize that many people will not give their private phone numbers for many reasons. It's not a pleasant experience. From what I read of the reviews here, many said that the staff were not trained on service. I agree with them."

"Chinaware products to suit your needs on the cheap..nothing more to say.. Need a torque wrench? Never going to need one again after this singular use? Then grab a cheapy here and be done with it. Need a thousand zip ties for 9.99 then come here. I swear im not knocking the store.. it is what you expect. They have cheap tools and accessories store is well stocked and laid out."

"Really well stocked tool center. Friendly staff too. Some exceptionally good prices. Just fantastic to browse and see what you didn't realise you need. Love this store. Open on Sundays too! That's really excellent."
