"I give this place two stars. One because you have to rate them two because I believe the owner is from the local area. But other then that this is not the place you wanna spend your money, I understood the whole red tape at the door I will get it for you / “COVID”time. It’s been enough time pass but you are still being stopped at the door way. It just felt awkward. Community store that makes customers feel like foreigners.great way to make money is let man and women in pass the door to look ,see ,think ,come up with new ideas “BUY EXTRA ITEMS”now I just buy the one thing and walk away"

"I went there on the coldest of eh year so far. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Normally I feel like a since in a hardware store. Everyone was very patient with me, going over each product int the category I wanted they didn't put me off to wait because my brain was frozen from outside. They smiled and empathized."

"Considering its a small local hardware store, I have always had a positive experience there. Prices are reasonable and at times equal to Home Depot. They now include plumbing supplies which is a big plus. A+."

"I did not have a pleasant experience here. My first time I encountered what I believe to be the owner. So pleasant that I even reached back out to have them install locks in my apartment. He was very nice and helpful. This time he wasn’t behind the register but some woman was. She had a nasty nasty attitude. When you open the door a bell chimes, letting you know someone has entered or exited. I had to greet her not only once but twice, she was busy on her phone to even acknowledge me. I asked for the item that I needed and the manager handed it to me and I handed it to her. She did not ask if I needed anything else or did I have any questions. She rung up the item and then took my debit card with out asking just to insert it in front of me. That’s beyond rude and condescending. I had all intentions on visiting Home Depot and buying the AC bracket because it’s $10 cheaper, which is what I should have done but I really like to support local business. This will be my last time ever giving them my hard earned money. Also you can do refunds and exchanges at Home Depot. I’d recommend you shop there."
