"Wonderful! I came here, described the fact that I have a Miele with a 7/8 inch proprietary hose that needs to be connected *by some means unknown to me* to a wye tailpiece for my kitchen sink drain and the person who worked there immediately said that he knew what I needed and came out with the part! Although the staff at Home Depot on 3rd Ave are very friendly, I spent the course of a week following not so great advice. Despite saying this exact same thing to them, they suggested that I buy not only the wrong pipe (in an incredibly flimsy gauge that meant I could bend it with pressure from just my fingers), they assured me that a new dishwasher hose would work. So so wrong! After struggling for some time going back and forth to Home Depot, I finally went to Hercules and got completely sorted out. I will definitely head back here in the future."

I brought the incorrect nuts and bolts and he was able to get me the new correct ones immediately. He took the time to test them out to show me they would work for what I needed.
