"This is a mix of 4 stars for the tile part of the business and 1 star for the bathroom fixture part of the business. As far as bathroom fixtures they are overpriced and have a terrible return policy. I ordered a vanity mirror and when i tried to return it because it turned out to be too small finally after two months of constant calling they gave me a 60% refund and charged a 40% restocking fee. Indecided to move on an stop fighting or disputing on my credit card. I bought the larger mirror i turned out needing online for much cheaper and could have returned it for a full refund if i needed to. While i was shopping online i found the exact same mirror i had bought from them 30% cheaper from the same manufacturer on top of it. The tile dept is very responsive and easy to deal with. I would have given five stars but the tile they sold me turned out to be out of stock and i think they should have checked that in a more timely fashion rather than a week ot wo after i ordered it but all is well that ended well we picked another tile and moved on."

"Nice variety of tiles on display and their in store staff was very helpful and friendly. We did have an issue where some of the patterns in our shipment were incorrectly packaged by the vendor and did not match. I contacted KJ Tiles and they took immediate action and rectified the issue that very same day. They had their warehouse make a special delivery for me so our contractor could continue working. This was resolved in a few hours when I thought it would take much longer. I am amazed at how quickly they responded and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend KJ Tiles as they stand behind their word. Well done KJ!!"
