"I was there yesterday to get some information. Staff is unfriendly, not driven to sell their products. They have a showroom which customers can't go inside. Just around the corner, Rugby architectural building product company. Very friendly people want your business. MANAGEMENT: might want to think about replacing your people."

"What an absolute joke, been in the construction industry for 15+ years. was referred to them for hardwood. Called up for simple pricing and the guy refused to give pricing since I didn’t have an account. I Let him know i have several subcontractors that have an account, yet he wouldn’t entertain me. I’ll take my $2000+ plus order I was intending to purchase and go elsewhere."
