"I only gave one star because that is what is necessary to write a review. I ordered a storm door part December 29, 2020. I won’t bore you with the lengthy details but the part was never received. Despite frequent emails, and attempts to reach the company by phone 2 years and 3 months later I still have not received my refund. Do not order parts from this company! They clearly border on fraud and scamming! I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau."
