"They advertise design services but don't really offer them. I made an appointment to discuss a bathroom remodel. I knew I wanted marble and brought in some samples I ordered from the website. My understanding of design services was that they will show me some computer generated images of what my space would look like with different tiles from the store. I brought pictures of my space and measurements. The person I made an appointment with, Naija, was not available. Another person tried to persuade me not to get marble and kept showing other items from the store I did not want or like. Felt like such a waste of time since I already knew what I wanted. There are no design services at this location. They need to stop advertising them."

"A brand new location which is very convenient for west Jersey residents. Had a few floor pick up orders and the experience was positive. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us load every box onto our SUV. One minor thing was that they didn't look at the online check in system frequently - it's better to just walk in for the pick up, just skip the text or website system."
