I asked my first question and she replied "NO!" and hung up. I have my calls recorded for proof incase their manager needs to hear it. As an interior decorator NO PROFESSIONAL should ever shop here or be treated this way. Other previous customers tells me they are EXTREMELY PRICEY and can find all of their items elsewhere for better prices. I just needed grout and was working on a job in the area. Terrible people.
