"Unable to handle exchanges or returns. Go to Wayne store. Staff is much nicer, friendlier, and willing to work with you for your tile needs. Contractor was delayed and they refused return being 30 days over the date. This is when we were offering to spend another thousand dollars in tile from them. I suggest you give your business to their other shops. Livingston store is simply disappointing. Been here three times and customer service has consistently been lacking. Have gone to the Wayne store over 10 times and they have always gone above and beyond. Do no waste your time."
