"I have been in the store with my parents in my teenage years when they were remodeling their home. Now I have my own home and looking to remodel, my parents did not have the best experience when they went so they were hesitant on me going back to the store but I saw it was UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and let me tell you, it was the best customer service I have ever received. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store, they let me walk around the store for a little bit so I can see what they have and in 5 minutes they have asked me if I had some questions. I told them my vision and what style i'm looking for and they helped me bring my vision to life. They have great selections. They are very clear that there are stuff that takes a week after the order is placed and some orders will take 3 to 4 weeks depending the tile. I definitely recommend this store as you will feel welcomed and helped by very kind and knowledgeable employees. My parents also made an order to remodel their bathroom also when i told them its very different with different employees. I remember the store being out of date style and now everything looks up to date, a whole new showroom!"
