"Bought a set of screwdrivers for my husband for Christmas. Placed the order on 11/27 to make sure I had it in time. Got an email that it was out of stock but should be available on 12/7. ok should still be plenty of time. On 12/13 I hadn't hard anything so called Protool who informed me it still wasn't in stock. Worried I wouldn't get it in time I canceled the order. They accepted my cancelation on the phone and the next day I get an email: We have received an update from our supplier (Snap-on/Williams) that your order is in process and cannot be cancelled. Your order should ship on or before 12/18/23. Tracking information, when available, will be provided. I wait, and wait and nothing. Never arrived for Christmas or the next days after. Sent them multiple emails about how they ruined this as I could have gotten it from someone else who had the item in stock but wasn't permitted to, horrible. They did refund my money but no apology or communication just a standard credit email from the company. Would not buy from them again. December 28th and the item was never even shipped. Terrible business."

"My husband bought a tool that upon turning it on without even putting material on it was obviously defective. He immediately called to report the issue. He never got a call back, he called the following day still no answer. He showed up with the tool and they refused to give a refund. They did not have another tool to replace it with for an exchange and told home they have to deal with the company. Don’t waste your money especially if you need the tools for current jobs you’re working."

"Terrible experience. Eliminate this middle man and go straight to the dealer or Amazon. They had no idea when my order would arrive. I talked to them twice and emailed three times. Twice got an answering service. I then contacted Snap On directly only to find out they weren't expecting any shipments for the item for another two weeks! Just ordered same item on Amazon and will have it in two days! In this day and age you better have excellent service or you will lose customers!"
