"Bad customer service . If it's anywhere close to closing time, you are treated rudely, either on the phone or in person. Won't give sample paint while color matching from other brands. If you can spare 15-20 mins , please drive to the next location at Parsipanny, rt 46. They are much friendlier and nice. No problem in obtaining sample paint for colors of other brands."

"The quality of their products is good, but there is no customer service here. Our first visit no one acknowledged us. We called looking to purchase carpet. They told us to email them. We sent an email with dimensions and pictures; no one got back to us. We ended up going to Lowes. We went back a few months later to look at wallpaper. The staff was casually talking in the back, it was a bit awkward to listen to. Again, no one asks if you need help. A man finally came over and said, we’re closing which way do you want to get out. We just left and had a laugh at the lack of service, we won’t visit again."
