"Alvaro went out of his way tonight. Called him just before closing after my daughter’s tire got slashed by something on the NJ Turnpike. He remained open until a turnpike truck got her spare tire on. He called around and found a full-sized replacement tire, picked it up, installed it and had her back on the road all in under a hour.
