Reviews
"Not bad for mall food. Worth a stop if you are hungry."
"I have Visited Asian Chao over the last 7 years and the food was mediocre in the beginning, However, it has to gotten worse. It is bland, tasteless and poorly resembles Asian cuisine. I could not recommend eating at this establishment until they put a better effort into making their food."
"I don’t understand how this place received good reviews to begin with. The food was oily and tasted extremely old. I spent $46 dollars on two plates and had to throw it out after just one bite. The orange chicken was straight up nasty and the rice tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Never again. This mall needs to work on obtaining better restaurants. Such a shame!"
"As one of the other customers reviewed .. food is super oily. Fried rice taste burnt. Seasme chicken was salty as all hell. Lo me-in tasted like oil. Don’t know how they have as many stars as they do. Also super over priced."
"The food is not good, and everyone posting that it is is a d**mn lie. It looks and taste old everyday. The oil taste like it’s old and hasn’t been changed. The food is not hot. It’s lukewarm or cold. It has disproportionate amounts of salt. The chicken and broccoli is sour tasting. I just bit into a piece of bourbon chicken that was as hard as a rock. No joke. Their food containers look unsanitary and unwashed. Let’s not even get started on their pricing. Authentic Chinese food where I am is $7 for a large plate. They’re charging $10+ for small portions and the most mediocre food you’ll ever taste in your life. Worst of all is that it’s Non-Asian people operating the restaurant and I believe that’s what causing the food to not taste like the Chinese food that everyone knows. It’s Hispanic people running the restaurant and they should stick to making their amazing Hispanic food. Let the Asian people make their own food."
