"Yikes! Such a deep decline in quality of food and service. Some of their best items now are just disgusting and old. Beef is no longer tender, its chewy and mostly cartilage. Fried wontons taste like they’ve been fried days ago and probably heated the microwave when served, which makes them stale and impossible to bite in. Never again!!"

"No frills Chinese takeout with an extensive menu. You cannot sit and eat there, but they have very good quality inn options for a Chinese food place. Always comes through for a good deal and taste"

"Customer experience over the phone was phenomenal! Placed order for delivery, delivery man was also super kind and friendly, however, the food quality was horrendous. I ordered something basic - chicken wings and fried rice. As soon as I opened my plate you could smell the stench of the old cooking oil that was used to fry my chicken, after years of managing a kitchen you know when the smell is not right. Did I risk getting sick from the food? No. Will I be ordering from here again? No. Would I like a full refund? Yes. Likelihood of getting a refund? Slim to none. Would I recommend this place? Not a chance. First impressions go a long way, this food quality experience will keep me away from this business until I’m ready to give it another shot - even so hard maybe. Food was immediately discarded. Currently on the phone placing order elsewhere. Sad."

"The food has always been delicious at Pacific Moon, even from early on. I have lived in this neighborhood for my entire life and have tried every other Chinese food restaurant in the neighborhood, but none consistently serve well prepared and delicious food. I have not ordered from any other place for the past few years. This is a family business and the family that runs the restaurant are terrific people. I have never met such hardworking, and friendly people. There are always free things included and they are always friendly and kind. And did I mention the food? My favorite dish is Beef with Brocoli and steamed dumplings. I love Pacific Moon!"
