"Amazing amazing service I had a problem with my car's pre collision sensor cause there was a crack in the bumper so I went to my dealer and this guy started telling me that there is a problem in the back of the car and it's gonna cost a few hundred dollars just to diagnose it and thousands of dollars to fix...............so I went to itzys he was extra nice and he just straightened out the front bumper and reset the cars computer and walla everything was fine ...........and best of all he didn't even charge me a cent I will definitely be back when I need something ............."
"This company was contracted to pick my car up from Subaru roadside service after my car broke down. Initially, I had to drive my vehicle with major engine issues from where it had broken down about a mile away because Itzy's couldn't get my car on parkway property. Upon arrival, the driver tried to upsell me on taking my vehicle to their shop instead of the intended destination. I had to adamantly insist several times to take it to the prescribed destination and not their auto shop. I told the driver I would follow him to the service center and meet him there. The driver then began driving to the service center while pulling through a couple of red lights, making illegal right turns, and taking a circuitous winding route that didn't make sense before losing me again on surface street going in the opposite directions from the service center. After I call the dispatcher, he said the driver had dropped my vehicle at the dealership and not the service center, left my only keys in the overnight box, and had departed before I had gotten to the location. Now my car is disabled in the wrong area and I don't have my keys."
