"Dr Erin is absolutely wonderful, however when I called to make an appt whoever I spoke with about billing- when I asked who made the payment arrangement- I was asked “well you’re a mom, right? You signed a contract with us.” Exceptionally rude considering in the contract I do not recall seeing details of a payment arrangement, nor have I received a bill. Horrible customer service."

Flash forward to their 20’s and they BOTH need braces and major work to correct the damage done previously.
