"Service is amazing, the guys that work there are terrific for the most part. Scheduling is terrible. I ordered tires on a Friday morning and was told 3-4 business days to get the tires and the job done. I call back next thursday and they tell me that they have the tires but can’t do the tires until friday afternoon. People have schedules. I have been driving on a spare donut tire for a week now, waiting patiently. If you will not get the job done within a week, tell your customers. I will stick to the BJs tire center in East Rutherford. Better scheduling and they stick to their word. If they say you will have your tires on your car in 3-4 business days you will."

"I got my new car tires from this location and purchased them online with no issue. I also scheduled my appointment in the same transaction. Super convenient. My appointment was scheduled at 2pm on a Sunday but I ended up arriving an hour early and they took my car in right away since they were free. Bonus points for the speedy service- I was there for a good 30 mins. I recommend this location to anyone. Walmart is right next door too!"

"This place was great. We went after a hike around 4 pm and there was not lines. The place was clean and the cashiers were very friendly. I highly recommend it. They also installed some protection panels for the cashiers which I consider excellent."

"Terrible Terrible service. Received a defective tire that was leaking. Took it back in and they ordered the tire. Apparently they received the wrong tire on Wed and never bothered to call us to inform us of the discrepancy nor did they bother to order the correct tire. It took for us to go to the shop to be informed of this and then they ordered the correct on. The new tire was to be received Monday and here it is Wednesday and still no tire in sight. Horrible."

"Went last Wednesday to buy a set of tires that they said they have in stock so I made an appointment for today at 2:30pm and paid it. But when I got there, they said, they have no stock for my tires. They didn't bothered to call me that they don't have it yet. And the guy that I made the transaction dodge me when he saw me. Very poor management. So disappointing."
