"Horrible customer service specially the Dominican guy...he gets mad for many, just be careful of leaving your car with him while he is working on it. You might not know if pieces of your care will be missing under the hood. If there is a lady that day you go to the shop don’t stay just leave and come another day when the main owner mechanic is there. That lady is rude, disrespectful, horrible customer service and threatening customer to fight them also call the cops on you when the conversation went go the other way. She say she care about the good reputation of the business when that’s a completely lye. Don’t leave your car from one day to the next day cause they will steal parts of your vehicle. And when you realize that there is piece missing no one know who was working on your car. There is no system in there at all. Also, the main owner and that lady have different price even the mechanic too. No one know what is the real price cause of the mess up system that they have there. They rather be right instead of a customer being right and happy with the service. Like all business they said the customer is always right even if they are wrong they still are right . They think that they are the only mechanic shop or the best mechanic shop in town when there are other mechanic shops in Passaic when they are not cause of the customer service is horrible. They need more experience dealing with customer service. That’s why they are losing customer every day ."
