Reviews of Noodle Village (粥面轩)
"Great little cozy place in Chinatown. Absolutely delicious food, friendly service, and just warm up we needed after being in the cold all day. I've been craving that noodle soup since. Can't wait to come back."
"Authentic delicious food, so many options to choose from and numerous delicious dumplings, soup dumplings, wonton, soups, rice, ramen, udon and more!!! Service is quick and assertive, if you're looking for high end treatment this might not be for you. Prices are also great!!! We will def be back!!!"
"The place is small and was full when I visited on the weekend. The wait times can be 10-15 minutes. Once seated, they start by serving green tea. We ordered congee which was great, followed by soup dumplings. I would like to add that soup dumplings are a must try if it's your first time eating these. The wonton and peanut sauce rice cakes were delightful. To conclude: The best spot to try some authentic chinese food."
"I tried this restaurant based on a review on Instagram where this restaurant is supposed to be her #1 favorite Chinese restaurant. There are a wide variety of noodles, rice and congee dishes. I was pleased to see a good amount of vegan options on the menu! We went there for an early dinner on a Saturday so restaurant was not super busy yet. We took our time looking over the extensive menu. The male waiter can speak English but if you're Chinese, he prefers you speak in the language. Lol. We ordered a lot of food. Service was quick. Everything came out piping hot and tasted great! Bring cash if you want a discount off the bill! We will be back."
"Keep calm and eat dumplings and noodles! This Chinese spot is a lunchtime lifesaver! They handle crowds like pros, serving up scrumptious dishes in a flash. You’ll be amazed at how fast they get your order to you. Plus, the staff stays cool and friendly even when it’s bustling. If you want great food without the wait, this place has it nailed!"
