"I literally walked out without paying for my nails. The lady that did my full service cut my cuticles so deep. I was bleeding, probably because she was so interested in shipping her kids back to Vietnam...like i understand but ma'am you are CUTTING my fingers !! She also was talking about me in Vietnamese. Didn't realize I had my translator on and she was translated "her baby toe have no nail disgusting" like how rude of you to talk in another language about me. She was also on the phone the entire service with her kids and constantly cut me. Gave me a design I DID not ask for. I will never return to this place of establishment. After telling her I was not paying, she walks in the back and so i just left. Neverrrrrr again"
"I've been coming here since at least 2015. My daughter has come, my husband has even come here. They are always so pleasant, everything is always really clean, the massage chairs are always working. They also have a smaller Hello Kitty chair for the girls to get a pedicure. The staff is very kind, they do a great job. Love them."
