"I went to get my nails done a week ago I made an appointment with Nancy. This was the worst experience. First unless you mention that you have an appt more than once they do not have the intention to honor your appointment. Then I sat down with Nancy she was very rough and in a rush. I had to ask her a few times to stop hurting me until I then said if it doesn’t stop I will be leaving. I requested a hard gel fill in, she does something else I am not sure what she did my receipt stated acrylic fill in. She was done with in 30 mins. A week later and I am now missing a nail, nails are loose. At a minimum these nails are supposed to last 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and will not be returning ever."
