"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this tire shop. The customer service was beyond rude, and it’s clear that they don’t prioritize their customers’ satisfaction. To make matters worse, when they installed my new tires, they managed to strip my lug nut stud. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to cover it up. When I noticed the issue and confronted them, they reacted with attitude and frustration as if I had done something wrong. To “resolve” the problem, they merely gave me a spare lug nut and completely ignored my concerns throughout my visit. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this shop for any tire-related services. My experience here was not only frustrating but also left me with a damaged vehicle and a feeling of being mistreated as a customer. I will definitely not be returning, and I caution anyone considering this shop to think twice before trusting them with your car. Overall, my experience here was a complete letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

Trumbull sells very poor quality tires. A staff of four, one of whom prepares the tire plugs. How can you buy a tire today? Before installing it needs tire plugs which I have never seen before in my life. I've dealt with 3 other places. The quality is high. There are no problems. Tire plugs are not used before the tire is fitted to the vehicle.. In addition, the tire pressure was not adjusted as it should be, and as indicated on the sticker on the driver's door pillar, they filled air without accuracy in setting 47 39 47 37."
