"We have been regular customers of Yeung's for years. Today, we had an order whereby I asked to substitute pork fried rice (PFR) instead of white rice - they said ok. Upon delivery, they tried to charge an additional $6 for the PFR, and I told them that they did not tell me there was an extra charge - I tried to give it back. The ARROGANT delivery guy said, "I TAKE THE WHOLE ORDER BACK, WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS !" I honored his request - and they lost a good, consistent customer for life. I just took a look at other reviews and VOILA ! - They have a history of ARROGANCE and OVERCHARGING. NOT SMART."

"Received my delivery in this condition I realized it when the younger man was handing me my food and looked at him while he looked at it and didn’t say nothing not even an apology . Won’t be ordering from here anymore they already have a history of being rude and one time it was a hair in my food & being as though they don’t wear any hair nets or gloves I know it came from them"
