"Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure (no tips). I don’t even know where to begin… I should mention I have been coming here for years- my current loyalty card is almost full. Pedicure was started 25 min after the time I was told to come in. Ok, they’re busy, fine. The technician was clearly very busy, to the point of rude, and frantically rushing to get finished. The polish is sloppy and uneven, I had to clean it off of my toes with acetone when I got home. I truly could have painted them better myself. The manicure is the WORST I’ve gotten in my life. 3 of my fingers were cut by the drill on my cuticles. The technician did 4 coats of powder on my left and 3 on the right, so the 2 hands look completely different… but both are sloppy, uneven, and extremely thick. I’ll say, exaggeratedly thick, like it’s a joke. Powder residue was left all over my fingers which I spent 2 hours trying to scrape off at home with acetone. 9 of my 10 fingers were fused to the nails. There was NOTHING good about this experience. I wish I had never even got my nails done, I’d rather have nothing on my nails than this mess that I paid for! It’s now Christmas Eve and too late for me to get them fixed somewhere else, but after the holiday I will be finding somewhere else to have them fixed. I will NEVER go there again. I hardly ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but customers should be aware that with so many other choices try somewhere else first."
