"Called for a acrylic fill said they could do it, got there the lady did not know how to shape coffin which I got over I just wanted to get my fill and get out of there she then didn’t want to do my nails and I told her I cannot leave with no polish on and without a fill her name was irerne she then gave me to someone else to do my nails and I told her an acrylic fill. She bring out dip powder and I told her I do not do the powder and I need a refill she explain how she doesn’t know how to do it and the lady that was originally doing my nails didn’t wanna do my fill long story short 6 hours later the first nail broke off 3 days later 4 nails down and 50$ would not waste your time going I will be calling for a refund"

"Went here for the first and last time a few weeks ago. Was greeted and told to sit at an empty desk and someone would be with me. There were 2 employees sitting at their chairs talking to each other not helping me. Waited for 10 minutes. An employee who just finished a pedicure ran over to start my nails (not sure why the other 2 employees who were doing nothing couldn’t help me). Did not feel welcome at all. I wanted to get an acrylic refill but she told me dip powder was better for my nails so I was willing to try it. Came out great and left happy (I believe her name was Diana, the only nice employee). ONE DAY later one of my nails started to lift, I went back and asked them to glue it down and they did- rudely. Not even a week later that same nail fell completely off. After that, almost all of my other nails started to lift and FOUR came completely off. Don’t waste your time or money. Crystal Nails in Eagle Plaza is extremely friendly and your nails will not fall completely off a week after they are done. Never returning"
