Nails XP

"This place has become a major disappointment. After my last visit, I made the decision not to patronize them. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Lee, mind you , I have been using them for several years, I never just let anyone do my nails.I get there,now his wife says can anybody do your nails . No. She did my nails, the job was sloppy, she was curt and I honestly think that they have bought into stereotyping. Giving them one star is actually being generous."

"I went to nails xp today. I asked if I could do a pedicure and gel set. They assured me yes. No wait. I was in a time crunch. After finishing the pedicure, they informed me it would be atleast 30 minute wait. I informed them that is not what was agreed upon and I had somewhere to be. Unbeknownst to them, I speak Spanish. The lady told the guy in Spanish "if she doesn't want to wait. She can leave with just a pedicure". I paid for the pedicure and left. If you don't have time to do job, be honest. Don't mislead customers."

"sadly after 10 years of going there. New people did a mani, pedi and it didn't last that day In all my life I never had such a bad job done. I was shocked they were rude to me when I tried to talk to them because I had be going there for 10 years and took family there. I told every single one of my friends and family members to go if they needed a nail place. A few told me they weren't pleased and wouldn't go again but I always did. I even saw her during covid-19 in stores and we chatted. I thought she might care because I was such a regular customer and lately I had a lot of medical issues and problems going in my real life. This was supported to be time to step away from everything and feel good. But it was a nightmare and she didn't care when I went to her. I feel shocked and disappointed. Of course I already found some place else just sad, that it ended that way after all these years. I told my family and friends I was wrong and wasn't going any more. I just thought I should let others know because it was so disheartening to me. I also had old cards for a free manicure but I didn't care I didn't want to feel uncomfortable there nor did I want another bad job done my nails were all damaged and looked awful. I wish I didn't go in the first place."

"Nikki is terrible, today she hurt my nail by quickly removing the gel, she did a manicure that lasted 5 minutes. Lee is friendly as is the rest of the staff. With Nikki I don't go back."
