"I went to this salon because it was close to my job. Went in for a fill. It was $70 bucks. That's so high for a fill with gel polish no design. After showing the nails were all uneven they wouldn't fix them. I didn't even pay $70 for my full set with a hand painted Halloween design on each nail. It's crazy."

"Been coming here over a year and a half. And I don't love writing mediocre or bad reviews bc I feel like anyone can have an off day. I loved coming in the beginning, but over the past few months, I feel like every time I want a design or color combo it's a bother to ask for it or they can't do it (even things I've already had done here before). Today may have been the final straw. Had an ombre with glitter. Normally, salons use acrylic craft paint for the airbrushed ombre tip. It wipes off after the final clear coat. Today, gel paint was used in a mix with acetone. I have NO IDEA why this was done bc it wasn't the last time. It doesn't wash off my skin. And honestly, idk how it's coming off unless I soak it in acetone, which will then damage my gel manicure or maybe I can try and file it off without ripping my skin. So, this is what I got for $55 and a $10 tip. You be the judge."

"Horrible experience!!! I was recommended there had high expectations walked in ask if they had time for a gel over lay they sat me down quick … someone started me and was working on my nails and someone else’s in between then passed me over to someone else to finish me They did a horrible job and when I was going to pay the owner said 35$ then the 2 who worked on my nails each said $60 so it could be 30 each not worth it do not recommend! My nails look like it has been 2 weeks grow out and they are super thick and and are uneven"

"Jenny is such an incredible artist, I had a poor experience at another local salon and she was able to squeeze me in and not only fix their mistake, but absolutely knock out of the park. I’ve been coming here for a year and have had nothing but a 11/10 experience every time. The prices are fair and I feel so welcome, comfortable, and most importantly never rushed like so many other places in the area. If you’re looking for a good place with great work, look no further!"

"Xo nails is the only place I will get my nails done! I have an amazing experience every time. Their organic spa pedicure is the best pedicure I have ever had! It comes with a long massage and is so relaxing. I book an appointment with Wendy for my nails, she is super creative and talented when it comes to nail art and always shapes my nails PERFECTLY. She always gives her professional advice which I can trust. My nails never chip and last 2-3 weeks between each fill. Xo nails never disappoints! Hands down my FAVORITE nail salon around."
